• Medicare, DVA and private health fund details where applicable
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and basic analytics when you use this website

We use your information to provide dental care, manage appointments and billing, comply with our legal and professional obligations, and improve our services. We never sell personal information.

We share information only where necessary: with your nominated specialists or labs for referrals, with health funds and Medicare for claiming, with regulatory bodies if required by law, or with secure technology providers who help us run the practice (e.g. cloud hosting, payment processors).

Records are stored within Australia on encrypted, ISO 27001-certified infrastructure. We retain clinical records for 7 years after your last visit (or as required by state legislation for minors).

Under the Australian Privacy Principles you may request access to or correction of your information at any time by emailing privacy@32pearls.com.au. We will respond within 30 days.

If you believe we have mishandled your information, you may complain to us in the first instance. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
