Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance

By booking an appointment, creating an account or otherwise using 32 Pearls Dental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Appointments and cancellations

Appointments are confirmed at the time of booking. We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled appointment value.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling at the clinician's discretion.

3. Fees and payment

All fees are payable on the day of treatment. Quotes are valid for 60 days. Payment plan and finance options are subject to provider approval and their respective terms.

4. Clinical responsibility

We provide care to the standards of the Australian Dental Association (ADA) and the Dental Board of Australia. Treatment outcomes can vary; we cannot guarantee specific results and you remain responsible for following post-treatment instructions.

5. Account use

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@32pearls.com.au.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or via a notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect.
